About The Position

Pirates Voyage is hiring Gift Shop Employees for the Christmas season. This is a temporary seasonal position that ends when Pirates Voyage closes in January. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Hours depend on the show schedule; shifts include afternoons and evenings, with start and end times varying according to the daily schedule. Listed schedules range from a 3:45 PM call time and 8:30 PM end time to a 10:30 AM call time and 11:00 PM end time.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and direct guests.
• Assist guests with purchases and provide friendly customer service.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
• Assist with setup, stocking, and cleaning duties throughout the Village as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
