About The Position

Pirates Voyage is hiring Gift Shop Employees for the Christmas season. This is a temporary seasonal position that ends when Pirates Voyage closes in January for its seasonal shutdown. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Hours depend on the show schedule. Shifts take place in the afternoons and evenings, and start and end times may vary. Listed schedules range from a 10:30 AM start and an 11:00 PM end to a 3:45 PM start and an 8:30 PM end.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and direct guests.
• Assist guests with purchases and provide friendly customer service.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
• Assist with setup, stocking, and cleaning duties throughout the Village as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
