About The Position

Assist Guests in the selection of gift items and Castle Club redemption items.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective communication (verbal) skills.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and make correct change.
• Balance cash draw at the close of shift.
• Open and close the Gift Shop according to posted times.
• Maintain the Gift Shop in an orderly manner, ensuring counters, cabinets and merchandise are kept neat, organized, clean, and stocked.
• Maintain knowledge of Gift Shop merchandise and inventory.
• Ensure proper inventory control, by maintaining accurate records of merchandise sold or damaged.
• Assist with the monthly inventory process.
• Display merchandise in a manner that will draw traffic and promote sales.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of both company-wide and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
