About The Position

This position assembles gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications. The role supports production and shipping operations by maintaining packaging quality, stocking the shipping line, and handling pallets. The employee must follow SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines and may perform duties in other departments as assigned. This is a second-shift position.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfort performing repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally extend product overhead.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications.
• Honest and respectful communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gifts according to production specifications.
• Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements.
• Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards.
• Physically stack and unstack pallets.
• Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets.
• Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement.
• Perform duties in other departments as assigned.
• Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines.
