About The Position

This position assembles gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications. The role also supports packaging and shipping operations by maintaining required pallet patterns, keeping the shipping line stocked, removing completed pallets, and meeting quality assurance and vendor compliance standards. Employees follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines and may perform duties in other departments as assigned.

The position involves repetitive physical tasks, including walking, bending, twisting, and using the hands, wrists, and arms. Employees must be able to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and may occasionally extend product overhead. Work takes place in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gifts according to production specifications.
• Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements.
• Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards.
• Physically stack and unstack pallets.
• Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets.
• Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement.
• Perform duties in other departments as assigned.
• Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines.
