About The Position

American Products is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Mod Assembly team on 2nd shift. The supervisor supports team members and ensures safety, quality, productivity, and employee development on the production floor. The role is responsible for meeting production goals, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement throughout the operation. The position is based at American Products in Strafford, Missouri, and works Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience is required; team lead experience is considered.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and employee development skills.
Dependability, flexibility, and willingness to support the team where needed.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
