Within Azure Data, the Microsoft Fabric platform team builds and maintains the operating system and provides customers a unified data stack to run an entire data estate. The Fabric Partner team is responsible for building the partner ecosystem for Microsoft Fabric and SQL. This includes recruiting, managing, facilitating training, sharing resources, and enabling SI partners globally. We do not just value differences or different perspectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term strategy for the Microsoft Fabric and SQL Systems Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem, aligning partner investments and initiatives with Microsoft’s business and product objectives.
  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of scalable partner programs and offerings that accelerate partner readiness, adoption, and customer success.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partner executives and key stakeholders, serving as a senior advocate for partner needs and opportunities within Microsoft.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor program performance, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Collect and synthesize partner feedback to identify industry trends, customer needs, emerging opportunities, and product enhancement recommendations. Influence product strategy by sharing actionable insights with engineering and product teams.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Global Channel Partner Solutions (GCPS), Partner CSA, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver successful partner initiatives at scale.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement strategies, programs, and resources that increase technical readiness and implementation success for Microsoft Fabric and SQL solutions.
  • Ensure partner programs and activities adhere to Microsoft policies, standards, and operational excellence requirements.
