Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management within the semiconductor, technology, or AI sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with companies specializing in physical AI, intelligent sensing, or motion control technologies.
  • Strong executive presence, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create joint solutions and execute go-to-market strategies with technology partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to support partner engagements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and cultivate high-impact partnerships with leading companies specializing in physical AI technologies, such as advanced sensing, motion control, and edge intelligence.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with partner organizations to align strategic objectives and foster long-term collaboration.
  • Enable additional value to our customers through creating joint solutions with key partners, ensuring these collaborations address emerging market needs and deliver differentiated capabilities.
  • Drive the creation of joint solutions by integrating Lattice technologies with partner offerings across the physical AI landscape, ensuring both technical and business synergy.
  • Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel activation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lattice product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Monitor partnership performance, capture feedback, and optimize engagement models to maximize value for Lattice and its partners.
  • Represent Lattice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote ecosystem initiatives and expand business networks.
