We are looking for a Project Manager / Change Manager to collaborate on one of our projects in the Aeronautics sector. As a Project Manager/Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of new procurement practices across the organization.

Requirements

7 to 10+ years of experience in project management and/or change management
Experience in organizational transformation projects
Participation in large-scale deployments (rollout, transformation, implementation)
Bilingual in French and English
Knowledge of purchasing/procurement, procure-to-pay, and finance

Responsibilities

Develop and manage an integrated deployment plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
Coordinate the various components (Procurement, Finance, IT, Communications)
Monitor progress, risks, and issues
Prepare and coordinate the deployment and production phases
Define and execute the change management strategy
Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts
Implement adoption, communication, and training plans
Support stakeholders in the evolution of practices
Foster engagement and manage resistance to change
