About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach the course 'Gestion des ressources humaines' (ADM2737A) during the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course covers policies and practices related to job analysis, human resources planning, staffing, performance appraisal, training and development, compensation, and labor relations. The course is scheduled to be delivered in person on Wednesdays from 19:00 to 22:00. Requirements

  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience in the course field.
  • Must have good teaching experience, preferably in organizational behavior or human resource management.
  • Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
