About The Position

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is an AI training role where your native German skills and keen ear for language will directly impact the effectiveness of advanced language models. Requirements

• Native fluency in German and deep familiarity with regional accents and nuances.
• Proficiency in annotation, and speech data collection processes.
• Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in audio recording, such as voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
• Prior experience working with AI projects or training data annotation tools.
• Background in linguistics, audio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in feedback and quality assessment of audio or language data.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development.
• Annotate speech data, ensuring precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to enhance language understanding and pronunciation.
• Work collaboratively with the customer's team to maintain consistency and excellence across all tasks.
• Apply your knowledge of German phonetics and pronunciation in all aspects of the workflow.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights and documentation.
