About The Position
Q&A is seeking an experienced Geologist to provide technical expertise and field leadership for environmental and water-resources projects across Texas, Florida, and Georgia. This flexible, project-based role is suited to a hands-on professional with strengths in hydrogeology, water-quality monitoring, environmental sampling, and data interpretation. The Geologist will lead or support investigations, assess environmental conditions, guide field teams, interpret findings, and develop practical recommendations that support project goals and regulatory compliance. Projects may involve federal facilities, military installations, industrial properties, and other government or commercial sites. The role has a flexible, project-based schedule, with assignments determined by operational needs. Hours and schedules vary, and some assignments—including weather-dependent stormwater sampling—may arise on short notice. No minimum hours or regular schedule are guaranteed. Candidates must be available for occasional short-notice assignments and willing to travel throughout Texas, Florida, and Georgia.
Requirements
- Experience as a Geologist.
