About The Position

This is a Department Promotional Examination open to eligible employees of the County Administrative Office - Information Technology Services. The examination process involves an appraisal of training, education, experience, interest, and personal fitness for the position, which can include investigation, oral exam, and/or rating of the application. Applicants must achieve at least a 70% score on each phase of the exam. Examination components for promotional testing will be administered on scheduled dates/times/locations without exception. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
Three (3) years of experience using ArcGIS or related GIS software
At least one (1) year of programming experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to obtain the knowledge and skill to perform the essential functions of the job
