About The Position

CTG is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect for a client. The role is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has a duration of five months. The architect will design and implement Genesys Cloud CX and CCaaS solutions, lead platform configuration, development, and systems integration, and develop scalable architectures supporting customer experience transformation. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless integration.

Candidates should have proven experience implementing Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrating enterprise contact center platforms, along with a strong background in solution architecture and scalable system design. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
