About The Position

We are hiring a Project Manager with strong experience in Genesys Call Center implementations to support a large-scale initiative with a Jacksonville-based client. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel required, primarily to Jacksonville, FL. This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid position in Jacksonville,FL.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Genesys Call Center implementations
• Strong project management background overseeing complex technical projects
• Ability to think critically and drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar
• Experience working in large enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Genesys call center implementation projects
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders
• Drive project strategy, planning, and execution
• Ensure successful deployment and optimization of Genesys solutions
