About The Position

Voxai Solutions Inc. is looking for a Genesys Consultant with a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Security, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field. This role involves designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Genesys suite of products, as well as developing custom applications that integrate with Genesys. The consultant will also manage troubleshooting and resolution of Genesys and other ancillary call center technology issues, respond to and estimate project proposals, and provide consultation to clients on best practices and solutions. On-call support for complex issues is also required. The position is located in Coppell, Texas, with a 40-hour work week. Some travel within the US may be required, with expenses paid by the employer. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Master's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Security, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Genesys suite of products.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying sophisticated custom applications integrating with Genesys.
• Managing troubleshooting and resolution of Genesys and other ancillary call center technology issues.
• Responding to and estimating project proposals and consulting engagements.
• Providing consultation to the client on best practices and solutions to enhance their business operations.
• Providing on call support for complex issues related to the Genesys solution and other ancillary call center technologies.
