About The Position
Wilson Sporting Goods is hiring a General Warehouse Worker for its Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping department.
- Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Inspect equipment, complete daily checklists, and communicate deficiencies to supervision.
- Meet production efficiency levels and maintain accurate, high-quality work.
- Pack orders according to customer shipping instructions, apply shipping labels, and document carton counts for outgoing LTL and truckload shipments.
- Prioritize orders according to customers’ expected ship dates.
- Communicate with the department supervisor, crew leader, and office personnel to ensure accurate and timely shipment of customer orders.
- Use SAP Warehouse Management on a computer to pack customer orders when necessary.
- Scan and weigh each carton and apply shipping labels.
- Operate manual pallet jack equipment to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Train new associates on shipping tasks.
- Sweep and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Report unsafe work conditions.
- Work independently and as part of a team, assist other departments, and work overtime when necessary.
- Work scheduled shifts consistently and arrive on time in accordance with the company attendance policy.
- Perform other duties as required.
