About The Position

Works in one to two departments within a distribution center performing various warehousing tasks, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and/or checking inventory. The role operates under close supervision, follows prescribed processes, and seeks supervisor guidance for non-routine or problem areas. Work output may receive detailed checks or close review by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating cherry pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for periods up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Ability to make repetitive movements, such as using a 10-key or calculator, bending, or squatting.
• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles.
• Fill customer orders using a pick list and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Obtain merchandise from shelves or bins and verify product and quantity accuracy.
• Inspect products for damages and report issues to management.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform other warehousing duties as assigned.
