About The Position
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing or production processes. This position plays a key role in achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role managing personnel in a production environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.

- Steel fabrication experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise production staff including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor and oversee production activities to ensure goals are achieved.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and quality checks.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available to meet production demands.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational changes.
- Prepare production reports covering efficiency, quality, and production issues.
- Address production issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality control teams.
- Monitor and control production costs to optimize resource utilization.
