About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Store Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The manager must follow all company policies and procedures and set that example for the crew. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals. The role is described as full-time and offers pay of $23.00–$25.00 plus an achievement bonus ranging from $400.00–$2,000. A separate statement says a profit-share bonus is awarded based on cost control.
