Requirements
- Proven success as a GSM or high-performing Sales Manager in automotive retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and desking skills
- A track record of driving volume, gross, and CSI
- High level of accountability and team-first mindset
- Stability in your career—we’re looking for long-term leadership
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the sales department, including new and pre-owned vehicle operations
- Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and daily structure
- Partner with F&I and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer experience
- Analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and execute strategies for growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with company standards
