General Role Player / OPFOR - AUGUSTA, GA
About The Position
We are seeking Role Players (RPs) to act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) for a training scenario in Augusta, GA. RPs will be required to stay on script, wear appropriate costuming, and operate various military weapons systems, including firing marking cartridge weapons, paintball type weapons systems, and blank ammunition after instruction. The role involves acting as OPFOR, potentially being engaged with marking cartridge weapons, and complying with physical fitness requirements for austere environments and nighttime operations. RPs must be familiar with basic weapons handling and safety, be able to be restrained for prolonged periods, and comfortable with being frisked and searched while restrained. They should also be able to stand and lay prone for extended periods, with or without restraints, and participate in scenario training where they will be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing safety equipment (full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard).
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be a US Citizen and can provide proof.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Be physically fit with no physical limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would preclude them from working in an austere environment and during the hours of darkness.
- Be able to be restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods of time.
- Be able to stand and lay prone for extended periods of time with and without restraints.
- Be able to participate in scenario training where they should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) while wearing safety equipment (personal protective equipment).
- Be able to wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.

- Role Player with Military/Law Enforcement experience/background preferred.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate familiarity with basic weapons handling, including safety.
- Be able to be restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods of time.
- Be comfortable with having trainees frisk and search them while they are restrained.
- Be able to stand and lay prone for extended periods of time with and without restraints.
- Participate in scenario training where they should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) while wearing safety equipment (personal protective equipment).
- Wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
Benefits
- $20.00/hour.
- Flat-rate completion incentive of $240 for successfully completing the full contract with no defaults, guaranteed even if fewer than 12 hours are worked.
