About The Position

Mori, Bean and Brooks (MBB), a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Remote General Radiologist. MBB provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services to hospitals and outpatient imaging centers in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The role involves interpreting a broad range of diagnostic studies, including STAT, inpatient, outpatient, and body imaging. Cancer imaging experience is a plus. The position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling options, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend-only shifts. Full-time hires are eligible for a $50,000 commencement bonus, and the role offers a one-year partnership track.

Schedule and compensation options include: an overnight schedule of 123 eight-hour shifts per year, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM ET, with a $500,000 base salary; a 7-on/7-off overnight schedule of 9:00 PM–6:00 AM ET, with a $525,000 base salary; a weekend-only W-2 opportunity covering Friday through Sunday for 156 annual shifts of 8–9 hours at $3,500 per shift; and daytime W-2 work Monday through Friday or a four-day workweek, with shifts such as 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Daytime compensation is a $475,000–$525,000 base salary with a production bonus incentive. Partners receive 12 weeks of PTO.

The practice offers internal moonlighting opportunities with 24/7 worklist access. Requirements

• Be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
• Hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree and have completed diagnostic radiology residency training.
• Be able to secure Florida and Georgia licenses.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
• Experience with cancer imaging is a plus.
