About The Position
Synergy Radiology Associates is seeking a radiologist for a daytime general radiology role in a physician-led, collaborative practice. The position offers onsite or hybrid scheduling and a customizable case mix, with subspecialty volume based on the physician’s interests. Radiologists work across hospitals, outpatient centers, and emergency facilities, supported by a team of more than 90 radiologists, advanced PACS and AI-enhanced workflow tools, and 24/7 internal operational and administrative support. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no call responsibilities and occasional weekend coverage, described as hybrid Q6 weekend coverage with APP procedural support. The role includes a one-year partnership track. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with productivity or per-click options, average total compensation of $750,000 or more with potential to exceed $1 million, and a $100,000 commencement bonus. Internal moonlighting opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are also offered.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified by the ABR or AOBR.
- Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Active state medical license and ability to obtain additional licenses.
