About The Position

Join our team at Tyson Foods as a general laborer. These positions involve basic to intermediate skill knife work, such as trimming and removing bones from meat products. Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach continuously.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• May involve climbing stairs/ladders.
• Must be willing and able to work in a cold, damp or hot, humid environment.
• Must be willing and able to work in either the Harvest (wet, humid, hot, temperatures >90 degrees, lifting 0-65 lbs) or Cut/Converting (cold, damp, temperature 35-45 degrees, lifting 0-65 lbs) environment.
• Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a MINIMUM rehire waiting period of 180 days and a 3 time hire limit.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work legally within the U.S.
• Must pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of a post-offer health assessment.
