2nd Shift - General Production - Eufaula Fresh Plant
About The Position
This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position at the Eufaula Fresh Plant. The role involves maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. Work may include handling product and, in some positions, using knives or scissors to bone or trim product, or powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines. Employees must be able to perform the physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants must provide a U.S. Social Security number for application review. Some roles may require a background check after an offer is extended.
Requirements
- Able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions.
- Willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments.
- Able to reach above shoulder level.
- Able to stand for 8–10 hours per day on hard surfaces.
- Able to perform repetitive motions.
- Able to climb stairs to and from work areas.
- Willing and able to meet the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must provide a U.S. Social Security number on the application.
Responsibilities
- Perform entry-level general labor tasks.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
- Perform assigned work involving product trimming or boning, or operate powered equipment where applicable.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including frocks, gloves, ear protection, hair net, and beard guard.
