About The Position

The General Production role is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and is scheduled for the second shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays. Pay is $16.90 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential. Team members must follow safety rules and be able to perform the position’s duties. Work may involve pushing, pulling, carrying, or lifting more than 40 pounds; working in damp, cold, or hot environments; reaching above shoulder level; standing for 8–10 hours per day; maneuvering freely; and climbing steps or stairs to access work areas. Required protective equipment includes PPE, ear protection, a hair net, and a beard guard. Slip-resistant footwear is required. Physical requirements must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
