About The Position

This is a cross-training opportunity in the Debone Department. The selected team member will be trained to learn and perform all aspects of debone cone line operations, including Class 7 and Class 4 positions. The role supports production efficiency and requires adherence to safety and quality standards. Team members must handle and use knives safely according to applicable policies and procedures. Once qualified, the team member will move to class jobs or promotion. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday work as required. The role is on second shift in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Pay is $16.90 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Requirements

Understand and agree to follow safety rules.
Be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift more than 40 pounds for some positions.
Be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments and reach above shoulder level.
Be able to perform the duties of the position and stand for 8 to 10 hours per day.
Wear required PPE, including ear protection, a hair net, and a beard guard.
Be able to maneuver freely as needed and have good hand-eye coordination.
Be willing to climb steps or stairs to and from work areas as needed.
Wear slip-resistant footwear.
