About The Position

This position operates machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and to ensure the correct ingredients and supplies are used on the line. The operator monitors and adjusts machine settings as needed and notifies a supervisor when machinery may require maintenance. The role requires maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. The position is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and is on second shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Pay is $18.10 per hour plus a $2.00-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience as an operative.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Former Tyson employees must wait 365 days before reapplying.
