About The Position

Join our team at Tyson Foods Loadout: (Madison Distribution Center) Job duties include but are not limited to reading order sheets, locating and retrieving boxes from a two-story rack system, and placing them on a conveyor, with boxes ranging from 9 to 100 lbs or stacks these boxes onto pallets and or arranging them directly in trucks, ensuring proper box orientation and label visibility, with tasks varying based on the order type. Environment is dry and cold. Temperature ranges from 25 to 45 degrees. Lifting requirement varies from 9-100 lbs. Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday.

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must be able and willing to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a MINIMUM rehire waiting period of 180 days and a 3 time hire limit.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work legally within the U.S.
• Must pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of a post-offer health assessment.
