About The Position
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Outpatient Psychiatrist for an employed W-2 position based primarily at its Panama City, Florida outpatient location. The psychiatrist will treat patients ages 12 and older, with telehealth services provided to surrounding outpatient locations in Marianna, Okaloosa, and Pensacola as required. The schedule is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an average daily caseload of 10 patients and no call requirement. Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents, adults, active-duty service members and their families, and veterans.
Requirements
- Board eligibility or board certification in General Psychiatry is required; board certification is strongly preferred.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active Florida medical license.
- Must be willing to see patients ages 12 and older.
