About The Position

We are hiring General Operators for first- and second-shift positions on manufacturing, machine, and coating teams. The role involves learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing and operating machinery and forklifts. Operators collaborate with the team while collecting data and making sound, fact-based decisions independently in real time. They are expected to be self-motivated, demonstrate leadership, identify inconsistencies in products and equipment, and develop solutions. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment is required. Training on specific equipment and processes will be provided. The starting rate is $19 per hour, with a 7% shift differential for second shift. Work is in person. Candidates must complete a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug testing.
