MSK Precision Products, Inc.•Tamarac, FL

About The Position

MSK Precision Products is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Setup/Operators and CNC Operators experienced in Swiss turning and/or lathe machining. The company manufactures high-precision parts and assemblies for the medical, aerospace, and Department of Defense industries. Its capabilities include precision Swiss-style turning, CNC 5+ axis precision cutter grinding, CNC milling and turning, laser marking and welding, wire EDM, and passivation. The company is AS9100D, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 certified. The CNC Setup/Operator sets up and operates CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications and production schedules. Duties include selecting tooling and machining parameters, creating or modifying CNC programs, verifying first pieces and dimensions, maintaining production documentation, and performing preventive maintenance. The CNC Operator runs and maintains CNC turning and machining centers and other equipment after setup by others. Operators work with engineers and production teams to meet product specifications and quality standards. They inspect parts, make supervised minor program adjustments, meet production output requirements, document changes, and perform assigned preventive maintenance. Both roles may involve training or assisting less-skilled operators, completing related paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Work is available on first or second shift. Overtime is not guaranteed; Saturday work may be required based on production needs. Applicants must be U.S. Persons because the positions require access to export-controlled technical data and/or defense articles.
