This position performs a range of office support assignments for the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) within the Customer Information Division (CID). The incumbent evaluates calls and emails taken by agents within the Department of State Information Center (DSIC) for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. They will also maintain quality assurance metrics; review materials for compliance; support training efforts; and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
