Responsibilities

Champion a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every visit is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Oversee all guest-facing operations to maintain corporate high standards for quality and service.
Address guest feedback proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment inside and outside the restaurant.
Lead, coach, and inspire management and hourly staff to achieve high performance and engagement.
Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and family-like culture.
Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor optimization to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct leadership meetings and pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, priorities, and expectations.
Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient daily execution.
Manage food and beverage operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, budgets, and operational metrics.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
Partner with ownership and senior leadership on business growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
