About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, and providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves supporting the team during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory are managed before opening or after closing. The company provides 5 weeks of training to prepare successful candidates for this role.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator who can simultaneously motivate and inspire the team.
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsibilities
