About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager. The company offers a paid training program and opportunities for career advancement across its 56 stores. No pizza experience is required. The role includes opportunities to support the local community through charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have at least one year of management experience, and have open availability. Anyone who operates a motor vehicle for business purposes must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18.
Must have at least one year of management experience.
Must have open availability.
For business driving, an 18-year-old must show at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation; a 19-year-old must show at least one year.
For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
Drivers must not have disqualifying violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
A learner’s permit period may count toward driving history only if documented by an appropriate governmental authority; an officially stated license is required.
