About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance toward a General Manager role. The company provides paid training and opportunities to build management and customer-service experience. No pizza experience is required. The role also involves supporting the community through local charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be available to open or close. Driving requirements apply to employees who operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Must have at least one year of management experience.
• Must be available to open or close.
• Pizza experience is not required.
• For business driving, an employee who is 18 must have at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; an employee who is 19 must have at least one year. A learner’s permit period documented by a government authority may count toward driving history, but an officially stated license is required.
• For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR evaluation and no more than three in the three years immediately preceding it; no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
• Employees with listed disqualifying violations—including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer—cannot drive for Domino’s.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations as an Assistant Manager.
• Be available to open or close the store.
• Help raise funds for local charitable donations, feed people in need, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
• Meet the stated driving-history and driving-record requirements if operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
