About The Position

Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance to General Manager. The company provides a paid training program; pizza experience is not required. The role offers an opportunity to develop management and customer-service experience, grow within a company with 56 stores across the United States, and contribute to community initiatives such as local charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The Assistant Manager must be available to open or close the store. Driving requirements apply to employees who operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries. Candidates must meet the stated driving-history and driving-record standards.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Must have at least one year of management experience.
• Must be available to open or close.
• No pizza experience is required; the company provides a training program.
• For business driving, an 18-year-old must have at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have at least one year. A learner’s permit may count toward driving history only when documented by an appropriate governmental authority, and an officially stated license is required.
• For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR, and no more than three in the three years immediately preceding the MVR.
• For business driving, no more than one at-fault accident in the three years preceding the MVR.
• Drivers must not have any of the listed disqualifying violations: leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries, if required and if driving qualifications are met.
