About The Position

The General Manager role involves operating equipment, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The position also involves delivering products by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers within a designated delivery area. Work requires navigating to addresses and moving through varied delivery sites, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other locations, sometimes over adverse terrain.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and carry products at delivery sites.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other locations.
