About The Position

The General Manager owns the overall success of the store, including sales, profitability, team performance, and guest experience. The role leads and develops a high-performing management team and staff, manages store financials and operations, and serves as the link between the store and the corporate team. The General Manager upholds standards for safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position in Windcrest, Texas, reporting to the Area Manager. The role includes full-time availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of store or restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10 or more team members.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L, labor, and scheduling.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Full-time availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

• Associate degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
