About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and performs food preparation, inventory, order processing, stocking, and cleaning duties. Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Ability to lead by example and coach or train new employees.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily or approximately daily.
Lead by example and coach or train new employees.
Deliver product by car to customers' doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area.
