About The Position

The General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group oversees all aspects of the establishment’s operations, providing leadership across operations, finance, human resources, and guest services. The role is responsible for developing and implementing plans to meet business objectives, support revenue growth, and control costs while promoting exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The General Manager oversees hiring, training, and employee development; monitors performance indicators, operational reports, and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement; and addresses guest concerns, service failures, and operational challenges promptly and professionally. The position is at Chips N Ales Riverwind Casino in Norman, Oklahoma.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the establishment’s dress code.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
