About The Position

The Maintenance Technician (Hotel) at Traditions Hospitality Group is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of hotel facilities. The position is based at Riverwind Hotel in Norman, Oklahoma, and is listed as full-time/part-time, with any shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a gaming license, if applicable.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances.
Inspect hotel facilities to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly.
Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery, including lighting fixtures, locks, and furniture.
Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and according to company procedures.
Assist with renovation projects, installations, and other assigned special projects.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to support the cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of the hotel.
