About The Position

The starting pay for this position is $63,000-$68,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus. Career growth opportunities with more than an estimated 1000 new locations planned across North America. Our bonuses are focused on food safety, financial success and the customer experience. We have two secret shops each week and everyone on your team working during those shifts is eligible. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
  • Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality.
  • Ability to pitch in and be fun to be around.
