About The Position
The starting pay for this position is $63,000-$68,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The company offers real work/life hours of operation, with most locations opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus. Comprehensive and customizable benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(K) with match, Employee Assistance Program, and an Employee Relief Fund. Family Bonding Leave is available for GMs and Assistant Managers, offering up to 12 weeks of paid leave based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire. Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
