Requirements
- 3+ years of General Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
- Demonstrated history of exceeding goals and KPIs
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
Nice To Haves
- HVAC, Plumbing, Home Services, or related service-industry leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Nexstar experience is highly valued.
