The General Manager will serve as the on-site leader of the new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Round Rock, TX. This 124-room hotel is part of Wyndham's rapidly growing ECHO Suites extended-stay brand and is the first in the Austin area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new brand at the ground level while helping shape the culture, guest experience, and operational success of a growing hotel portfolio. This role oversees all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, maintenance, guest satisfaction, staffing, financial performance, and compliance with company and brand standards. The General Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a positive Team culture, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and financial objectives.
