The General Manager performs store operations that include operating equipment; stocking ingredients and supplies; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory; completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The role also includes delivering products to customers by car, distributing flyers and other marketing materials, and handling driving and delivery tasks within a designated area. The position involves communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by phone, entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, handling money, and directing activities while meeting quality standards. Work takes place in a store and includes exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, dust, hot equipment, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
