About The Position
The General Manager leads the restaurant and supports the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. The role includes local store marketing and helping the restaurant reach sales and profit goals while ensuring it delivers high-quality food and service. Candidates need at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience, examples of exceptional customer service, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
